This is some weak ass shit. The only valid point he made was about direct insults which of course do not have a place in the workplace or throughout most of polite society; but to claim someone who questuons your competancy constitutes bullying is riduculous. Obviously its not fun and depending on the timing, inappropriet; but we are talking about the adult world here: Just defend yourself with your wit and intelligence in conversation or debate. All of his advice on how to respond is also pretty bad. If someone is confronting you about something and you know they are wrong just make them look dumb and rude by explaining why. Bring evidence if possible. Simply saying "I disagree" without follow through or threatening to stop speaking with them is ineffectual and childish as well as in no way solves the problem. You need to resolutley and thoroughly defend yourself not be avoidant or passive. Deal with the problem decisivley.

Ah! "removing yourself without saying a word" I don't understand why you got mad! What did I do? Please help me understand! I have autism and was abused by teachers, dismissed by doctors and isolated as a child. I've been called a troll, narcissist and other insults I can't repeat here almost all my life both IRL and online all because I do not have intuition, I can not hear or reproduce tone among other social cues. I have lived all my live among people who will become offended or angry and the only way I can explain it is; "You don't think like me!" or something like that. TL;DR Bill, you're the bully!

My HOA rep new neighbor turns us in weekly (ends up non violations) all because we turned a few people in for non US flags. How a representative of HOA can have an RV parked out front for 3 weeks, extend his driveway so he parks a construction truck just feet from our front yard, he sent his partner to climb on our roof but instead of cleaning gutter like he said, he turned us in for our chimney and back yard. He body shamed me, threated to pull out the plant decor "on" property line but he put in an extended fence (while we where gone) without a permit ON the property line. He told another neighbor on our other side he can be "a nice HOA or a mean one." I was turned in for furniture out front but he had two chairs out front as well. It goes on. Don Asher has a new CAM who supports his abuse of power. Sad that none of our neighbors fight against tjis except us. They are too scared to fight back. Its disgusting and as a person so is he.
