Thank You for posting this video. It encouraged me to do the install myself instead of waiting for a jack to lift it. Worked like a charm. Pushing in the two rear bolts that hold the fender was so much easy on the plastic fender. Btw, the center bracket you didn’t install was a pain to put in due to the center bolt spinning if the plate was put on first. If you put the plate on after, that becomes even more of a pain. So I put some double sided tape as a washer to make it Easter to tighten after I installed the plate. Again, this video inspired the install. Thanks again!

I have mine fender off waiting on the replacement. I didn’t take those front bolts out like you did. I was able to squeeze fender through with no issue

Thank you for your video. Very informative and enjoyed every detail you covered. I know everyone's asking you questions about the accessories you put on your bike. But I have to say your bike is awesome! I just purchased a 2015 Road Glide and noticed a couple things on your bike I would really like to put on mine. Would you mind sharing what type of handlebars do you have and what length are they? Also what the manufacture and style the front wheel and fender you installed would be much appreciated. Thanks for the video. I'm having a hard time getting my custom fender(stretched) on. The CVO style lights are supposed to fit snuggly in the pockets? Do I reuse my tri light bracket on the new install? Please help...

I’m not sure what you mean. The extended fender dose not fit the CVO lights and test the tribar light goes on that. The CVO styles and Dominator has CVO style lights but no tribar.

On advanblack video looks like they put the washers for the fender bolts on the outside you put them in the inside , am I right?

Good catch. Probably should have put them on the outside. I think I did on the middle ones but not the forward ones.

Another bag question, are those the stock 4.5” Harley stretched bags? Looks like they like up perfect with the dominator fender. My concern was the dominator fender would sit down lower them the stock harley stretched bag but it looks perfect!

So the new Specials come with these bags. My 2016 special came with short bags the longer bags was on CVOs and specials. So if you have a newer special these bags should be the same.

Yes I have these newer tapered stretched bags. How does the exhaust cutouts look? From your video they line up nice.

Wassup bro...I just got the advanblack CVO fender in the mail yesterday and then I saw the dominator lol...I'm thinking about switching to the dominator although the CVO fender is mainly metal and the dominator is all ABS plastic. I have the 4.5 stretched bags as well and my bike is a 2021 RGS. Do you prefer the dominator over the CVO fender? And if so, why? I'm kinda torn here and want to make a decision today. Thx

They are both awesome! But I do prefer the look of the dominator. Specifically the cutouts around the pipe.

I got it in Japan when I wast stationed out there. They have the same thing at Harbor Freight I think.

I installed a hidden one from Harley under front fairing. Reception is diminished but I don’t really use the radio that much.

@@bigkirbmotors7233 I kinda figured. But I thought the skirts would only work for full extended bags. Side note since you responded and have had all the different setups. What should I do buy a rear facia or just get the whole 1 piece fender?
