What a coincidink, a couple of days ago I was trying to learn how to paint without using lineart to define shapes in photoshop, but it just looked like crap. This has given me inspiration. :)

Hi! Awesome tutorial as usual! One thing i usually do is to set the sample size of the eyedropper tool up depending on size of my canvas (usually from 5x5 to 31x31). Just to get a more blended color when taking samples. Maybe thats general knowledge but hey, might help someone! Thanks!

Huge fan. Im currently in school for graphic design and i have a course presentation due in a few weeks on a photoshop technique that i must do and teach other how to do it. I think Im going to do it on this, painting in photoshop. Im also aloud to use a video as a reference and basically recreate it, so i was gonna use this one as my reference to learn/show others how to paint in photoshop if thats ok with you. I learn a lot from your videos and im sure if i use yours as a reference maybe i can also get others to look you up that might not know about you. that way they can learn more as well outside of class.
