We also look at the GPX recording features of both. Next up in the series we will review the Mapping of each and information that can be overlaid on the maps.

I just found your channel. I just ordered a T865 to use on next year's Scooter Cannonball. I will likely be the only person not running a Garmin product or phone which means I'll be on my own for troubleshooting. I have one year to know this thing inside and out.

I think you will love it. Depending on your tech ability, you can pick it up pretty quick. Especially if you already are used to android.

@@AdvTechMoto I was an android guy up until last year and am familiar with it. I am over Garmin's slow and inflexible UI. As long as it can get me to the checkpoints, I should be fine. Aside from some direct satellite data that Garmin get's, I don't see many downsides. We'll surely find out soon enough.

Quick note to add, in Garmin for POI click on the map then click the flag to add a POI

Just watched your KZfaq video looking for the route in your XT2, you didn’t select it, that’s why it wasn’t showing.
