As I'm interested in Biology, I always thought that the importance of sex and dating for young men was totally underrated. During puberty, when people freaked out badly it was always about releationship stuff. But at 29 I also noticed that people in general became more open and interested in me as I grew older.

Can men date younger usually? Yes. But there is a limit to how young. 5 years? Ok. 7-8 years? Doable. But the only way a 40 year old man can attract an attractive early 20s to mid 20s woman is either a)he looks like Henry Cavill or b)he is like at least top 1% in earnings/social standing. We are talking about outliers here. For the rest, it ain't happening. And if it happens, it probably won't be a high quality woman of good moral character. And that's my issue with the red pill. It gets some things right, but it's also filled with BS. A great physique and a 100k+/year job won't really guarantee you much if you're older. And let's be honest here, what's the point of putting so much effort to end up with a 35 year old plain looking woman with a lot of baggage? There is no point. The best advice is to simply improve your looks as much as you can and your social skills when you're young, and the earlier you start the better. Hey bud, I can relate to what you are feeling. I am 29 and have struggled with some of the same feelings. The biggest things that I can recommend is getting into martial arts (BJJ, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, etc.), go on a bulk and start lifting weights, and focus on developing yourself. Go monk mode and don't stop until you've developed your character (yourself) into who you want to be. That's the fun part about being a guy, you can develop yourself into whatever you want to be in life. Don't focus on chasing women, build yourself up until the women that you want chase you. Honestly, if you have a little bit of money saved up I would do a complete re-frame and go to Thailand for a month a la @CEOofTestosterone. A change of scenery might do you some good.

The last part specially hit me hard. It seems the more decent you are the less desirable you get. Even if you even have social proof that you got anything or something. This is fucked up bro.
