Love it all Grant! I started swiming in the Kool Aid this past May. I read all 4 books and did the audio versions too, I got the app and you know what? Closing rate on cases over 10k went from 34% to 88% in June and I had an all time record in total sales! July is on track for another record. Your friend J. Geier could do that for us. Thanks Grant keep it coming!

I think people just enjoy being critics. Most of the time, they're just trolls. Be you, man, be you. You are doing your thing, and I am thankful for you. I have many mentors, but I can still learn so much from you. You also got me excited about real estate. Something I plan on investing in down the line. Of course, people will always hate us winners. Let them hate. Bonus points as I make them cry with my success. I bet you make a lot of critics cry by yours. As you should.

I started in the Business to own my Dealership. save 10% down and use for example the GM program where they become your partner and buy them out . it took 60,000 to 80,000 grand to get started , Now you need 300,000 to 600.000 to start.

a hahaha DO people watch your show? The audacity of that fool. He needs to remember that we have two ears and 1 mouth. Listen 2x as much as you speak. Success is our duty, obligation, and responsibility we can not achieve success unless we are willing to learn! Thank you Uncle G for sharing this wisdom.

Learned that staying late at the lot (past 8 PM) doesn’t accomplish much towards reaching a goal. Usually people who just got done eating dinner and was near the area wanted to ride by slowly and just look, or person high on drugs talking like their making 100K a yer and has A1 credit, but has no job, and would need his grandmother who gets 1450 a month from the government to put it in her name, and I ill have to stretch her income in order to possibly get him in a new ford fiesta. I’ll pass..

Managers in the car business don't motivate there salesman buy supporting positive attitudes. You walk in an tell the desk , I'm ready to sell a pounder today".... they reply by do you own a razor? Go home real quick and shave and come back. To a 200 car a year guy coming in on his day off. Bosses arbitrary rules ruin the industry. GM says I loved it when a costumer said no" gave me another shot to work for a yes. I replied I love a lay down" yes is my favorite word. Sent home! The better you look and the more you sell the more haters you get at all levels. 14 dealerships top guy working the line wherever and still can't find a home. My feeling get hurt too easy when bosses knock me down with there almighty positions. They talk too much shit and have too many dumb rules for people to want to stay.
