perry kilauano they're saying they don't want to be getting more reports. They're required to show up to those calls and after a few of them they'll have to do something about it. In that case it's detain him. They're trying to help him out and let him know that if he gets more people calling in about him they're gonna have to do something about it. You're just too busy blaming cops to see that.
