I remember going to work with my dad in the 70's as a young boy, he worked as a tree surgeon for H Irwins in Northumberland, many a time sat in the cab on top the engine after a hard day's graft pulling and moving bid trunks of timber, I remember having to bounce the boom back using the ropes to get the jib stowed back., one time the big anchor fork just like this came detached from the chain links at the back going through Rothbury, my poor dad bless him (RIP) trying his hardest to get them back on, I was to weak to lift them for him, he did manage it though, wish I could go back to those days

Hi there. I see that the winching is done from the rear of the truck. I have read that this truck has option of front winch capability also. So is the rope redirected from the winch position towards the front in order to use this option?
