This is an aerobic zone workout that you can do anywhere.
Total Workout Time: 30:00
Heart Rate Zone: Aerobic Zone (Zone 2) Keep heart rate between 70-80% of max, if you do not have a monitor, keep effort to a level where you can easily carry on a conversation.
Intervals: 5 x 6:00 Cycle through the movements in a given set for 6:00
Station A): Curtsey Squat x 8/8Str Leg Pike Lifts x 8/8Reverse Plank Hip Touches + RVRS Plank Raise 8 + 8/8
Station B:Lateral Lunges + 5/5Push Up + Elbow Hinges + Rotations 5/5/5Superman Rock/Hold :30
Station C: Calf Raise 20Hollow Rock/Hold x 20 or :20 Shoulder Taps + Inchworm 5/5 + 5KHX or Sissy Squat 5
Station D:Starfish plank :20/:20SL RDL 5/5Swimmers 5Mtn Climber 20/20
Station E:Hamstring Sliders 5Jump Squat + Bottom of Squat Hold 5 + :20Scapulas Push Ups 5

Wow, I was just watching Dr. Peter Attia talking about the importance of Zone 2 training. I was wanting an in-house way too to this versus biking or running. Now I have a good idea and can make my own Zone 2 workouts, and I particularly love all your joint mobs in the beginning and the shoulder work was very cool. Thanks!

Love this. Nothing better than feeling capable of accomplishing an exercise with good form and energy. And it’s zone 2 which is super beneficial!

This is great thank you! I wanted to visually see what zone 2 was. And it looks like if I Vigourously clean my house while chasing my baby I think I can kill two birds with one stone.
