The chaos behind the scenes: two days of filming due of the weather / lighting, and pulling approx. 40 shots of espresso (don’t worry we drank some then refrigerated it for later lol) because for some reason the milk kept curdling into the espresso which has never happened to me before (was using new beans), and this was the best latte art I could do 😭 Anyway, I hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching!

My color grading is super simple haha I just use color finale with a lut and adjust the exposure / temp if needed haha

I’m currently using Poland spring which is the recommend water on their website for east coast people! Temperature varies depending on the type of beans I use. I’m subscribed to La Marzocco’s espresso subscription and each month comes with a different bag of beans with brew recipes including recommended temperature! It’s super helpful!

I noticed you swapped your Mazzer for a Niche, how do you feel about that swap? pros and cons?

The mazzer was just used in the previous video as it was a collaboration with La Marzocco! I personally find the niche works better for my setup because it’s much smaller and the single dose is great for when I’m switching between different brew methods!
