That would be cool to see. So long as your tool is small enough to go right across, this method would work really well on a shaper I reckon

Yes it should be, you will need to use a dividing head or rotary table to give 5 index angles (unless there is a 5 sided collet block that I don't know about)

Hmm might need to contact the manufacturer for a part number etc Failing that take it it a local machine shop. I'd do it, but I'm probably not in your area!
