You measure your ribcage under your breast and that is your 34/36/38 Then you measure over the widest placement on your breast. An you get I don know 39. If it's 39 on your breast and 36 on your ribcage Your cup is 39-36=3 cups. 1 cup is 1 inch So that is 36 C

I think maybe you subtract the smaller number (under bust) from the bigger (top meat circumference) and the difference is the cup size. I am looking at their measuring instructions on Amazon.
