Wow. Salute to you for the deep research and sharing the detail. Really appreciate your effort. I am not much of a cook but when I do, I like to know why we follow certain steps. So it was highly interesting to know your observations. Will definitely follow. I like more fusion food hence I would take some of the extra marinade, add Maida, butter and some water to make some sauce/ dip 😀

I tried your dish and it turned out amazing!! I always had trouble making afghani chicken as it would eventually come out dry in the end and its so hard to get the indian taste right here in canada but this one tastes so good,thanx Bharat!

A2A:- It won't work as after cooking, top chicken layer looses its moisture and hence can't absorb further flavors. Hence it's recommended to add coal flavor during early cooking stages :)
