I have a question since you ride one - how is it in corners, on a twisty tarmac road? Or there is no point to buy one of you're not planning to go off road?

You can go Off Road with her if you want to, but you have to get yourself the right tires. But don't try it in mud. During an off-road training last year with a rental bike of the same type I was on a track were it rained for 2 days before and it wasn't funny. Anyway regarding the road capabilities. I like riding the AT with the Pirelli Scorpion Trail II tires. She's very responsive and you can easily go long distances with her as well as still have a lot of fun on twisty roads. I'd recommend at least a test ride.
