I don't know, I could be wrong since there were games in the database with the way you played it, but it seems weird that you played it because of Fischer and then played in a way Fischer wouldn't have played. Fischer went for the kingside attack in the KIA. He played e5 usually rather soon and often times the dark squared bishop came to f4. He'd play h4 and h5, bring the knights to the kingside. c3 was an idea. I don't know, you didn't really play the KIA in the spirit of Fischer, at least from what I understand. Granted, you're a bit stronger than me it seems, I'm only 2050-2100 Lichess Rapid, so idk, maybe I'm just wrong, but it really seems like the pawn is supposed to be on e5. The pawn on e5 restricts a lot of black's ideas, somewhat walls off the black pieces from helping defend in some kingside attack situations, but again, what do I know?
@douglasdarling7606

You could have captured his black Bishop and then when he recaptures it doesn't matter how he recaptures your Bishop your queens in a position to take his white Bishop on b8 you could have got a two-for-one is it at least restored the material parity

wow... @11:00 I thought "why didn't he play Qc3 to trade queens? Threatens Qg3+ and his knight jumping forward. Then I saw Bxe4!! eliminating the defender of the black queen on c3, whilst also being able to recapture blacks queen on d3 with the bishop after a queen trade takes place, winning your piece back x.x this is how I lose my advantages lol

on a side note, when you calculated qd8 @13.30, after bf8 blocking, and qxd2, nxd2, you can play bxb7 winning a piece back too (you missed this final move), which means bf8 blocking just isn't a move in that position
