Here I would like point out two things 1 - Demands of Taliban is only related to establish Sharia ( according to Quran and Sunnat) This Question is for all who declaring themselves as Muslims 2 - if you are declaring yourself as Muslim and you don't accept the commands of Allah then who are you actually ???so what's the definition of Muslim then ? If you say I'm Muslim but I'll make my own constitutions and rules then who are you ? Are you not a hypocrite ? Definition of Muslim: Those who accept the Truths and Truths are : 1- Allah is Truth ( The only Creator and Designer,The first one and The last one and the everlasting ) 2 - The day of judgment is truth ( the assessment of your deed cause you have given free wills to do good or bad ) 3- The prophets are Truth ( who call you towards your Creator and Designer (Allah) and they are appointed by Allah ) 4 - The Quran is truth ( all the commands which is given for you to be successful in this world and hereafter) 5- The angels are Truth who brought this Quran on prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him) And if you accept the Truths and Allah is Superior and the only sovereign then you also accept the commands of Allah then you would be a Muslim. Government based on Quran is simply means following the rules and commands of Allah) and Islam is the way of life and entire system of life and those who accept the Truths and follow the rules and commands are called Muslims. Note - it's another point if you are living in a country under the government of some non-muslims and then it's your compulsion cause you are like a slave and you can't establish the Sharia but if you found a land and majority is Muslim and you are in government then how can you make man made constitutions while Allah has given you constitutions as Quran .

Praising people like Ma’awia discredits your approach to Islam. Your dedication to better understanding of the Quran is much appreciated but your convoluted view concerning sahabas and misrepresentation of historical events puts a huge question mark on your sincerity and wisdom.

Those who disagree with the approach should be able to rise beyond emotions and rely on reason. Ghamidi sahib is a very wise and scholarly person. He could have easily avoided such a heated and controversial topic. Yet he chose to remain consistent in sharing his interpretation of the Quranic injunction with absolute clarity. He was not advocating the legitimacy or illegitimacy of Ghani’s government. He was responding to the question pertaining to Taliban’s foreseeable form of government and their chosen methodology for establishing their “Islamic government.” His analogy of Muawiyah R.A and martial laws should have enabled many of us to realize the long-term consequences. Autocracy, dictatorship, coercion, force, monarchy or localized brand of “Islam,” cannot be acceptable just because some of us are overly allergic to the term democracy or western democracy. Instead of getting mad or becoming emotional, we should produce better logic, better reasoning or present a better interpretation of the Quranic approach for forming a government. I highly admire his courage, consistency, and profound scholarship of Islam.

Gud explanation on some aspects but incorrect analysis to what actually happened on ground in Afghanistan. Foreign invading forces captured the country by force n dislodged a functioning Gov. Millions died n huge economic loss to the region. After 20 years - the invading forces r exhausted n couldn't retain their power n thus decides to leave. They lost due to resilience of Afghan people The Talibans r local indigenous people mostly Pushtuns. This region has never accepted foreign powers n hv always resisted. The people came together n overwhelming joined them. That's the reason Y the strongest military in history (US + NATO) lost The puppet regime which has been overthrown by the people was the real symbol of forceful Gov by Guns supported by US n NATO. This new setup which Afghans will decide will be indigenous. The Talibans r the locals which hv majority support. In any election they would come on top. But before anythin can happen, an interim setup is req to bring peace n stability first. N that would come soon U missed the part of criticizing the US n NATO n how their illegal occupation caused millions to die just for their strategic benefit. They also force people to accept their form of democracy n help create puppet Govs in those countries. Puppets create radicals among people as puppets r the real enemies. And ur point on dictatorship in Pak is also misunderstood. All dictatorship happened due to instability. Not internally but due to external pressures which civilian Gov was unable to handle. This is due to corruption n self needs. People hv always loved army n understood the reasons. That's Y we never saw bloodshed. Democracy always returned when stability prevailed. Army can't stood by n see Pak go down the drain as corrupt leadership loot n plunder people n tell state secrets to others. U need a home to live n country is our home. There r many mistakes army did. But mistakes of the corrupt civilian leadership can't be ignored Times hv changed n now AlhamdulliAh Pak has a powerful civilian Gov under Imran Khan. Whole world hv acknowledged his consistent stance of 20 years against this war in Afghanistan. All his predictions came true. He continuously said same thing that only political settlement was the only solution but people wouldn't listen to him.. n now the world see how true he was. It's sad n also shameful U missed that part aswell. How Pak under Imran Khan has a consistent policy on Afghanistan. It's time to retrospect ur views on these aspects n reevaluate ur thinking. We dont have anything to do with it. we welcome if there is a well established Govt there. سقوط خلافت عثمانیہ کے بعد امہ مسلمہ کی حالت زار حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پیش گوئی کی تھی کہ : " عنقریب قومیں تم پر ٹوٹ پڑیں گی جس طرح بھوکے کھانے پڑتے ہیں "۔ اس پیش گوئی کا آغاز صلیبی جنگوں( ١٠٩٥-- ١٢٩١) سے ہوا ۔ یہ عالم عیسائیت کا امہ مسلمہ پر پہلا اور زبردست صیہونی صلیبی حملہ تھا ۔ اس کے پیچھے یہودی سازش کام کر رہی تھی ۔ یہ پہلی صلیبی جنگ تھی جس میں عیسائی بیت المقدس قابض ہوگئے تھے ۔ ١٤٩٣ میں جنوبی اسپین میں اموی حکومت ختم کردی گئی ۔ اس کے بعد یوروپ میں عثمانی سلطنت کے خلاف صلیبی جنگ کی آواز بلند ہوتی رہی ۔ ان کے خلاف در پردہ گہری ، طویل المدت اور منصوبہ بند سازشیں چلتی رہیں ۔ اس کا نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ یوروپی ممالک عثمانیوں کے خلاف متحد ہو گئے ۔ وہ تاریکی اور جہالت کے دور سے نکلنے کر علم و تمدن کی طرف آنے لگے جسے یوروپ کی ' نشاة ثانیہ ' کہا جاتا ہے ۔ انہوں نے فنون حرب اور اسلحہ سازی میں ترقی کرنا شروع کردیا ۔ ١٦٨٣ میں ویانا میں قرہ مصطفی پاشا کو یوروپی ممالک کے مقابلہ میں ایک بڑی شکست ہوئی ۔ سلطنت عثمانیہ کی اس شکست پر پورے یوروپ میں بہت خوشی منائی گئی تھی ۔ آسٹریا ، بولونیا ، وینس ، سلطنت روس ، رہبان مالٹا اور پاپائے روم نے مل کر " مقدس عہد" کیا کہ یوروپ سے عثمانیوں کو نکال کر دم لیں گے تاکہ اسلام یوروپ عیسائیت کا حریف نہ بن سکے اور اس کی طاقت کو بالکل ختم کردیا جائے ۔ ١٦٩٩ میں معاہدہ کورلووٹز( Treaty of Korlowitz) ہوا ۔ اس کے بعد عثمانی سلطنت کمزور ہوتی چلی گئی ۔ عثمانیوں کو بہت سے مفتوحہ علاقے سے دست بردار ہونا پڑا ۔ عثمانی فوج کا یوروپی ممالک اور ان کے افواج پر جو رعب و دبدبہ تھا وہ بھی کمزور ہوگیا ۔ حقیقی خلافت تو ٦٦١ ھ ہی میں ختم کردی گئی تھی ۔ اس کی وجہ صرف داخلی نہیں بلکہ خارجی بھی تھی لیکن روئے ارض پر اس کی اعتباری حیثیت ضرور باقی رہی ۔ مرور زمانہ کے ساتھ وہ بھی شکست و ریخت کا شکار ہونے لگی اور اس کا جاہ و جلال اور تب و تاب بھی ختم ہوگیا ۔ آخری زمانہ میں صیہونی صلیبی منصوبہ بند سازشوں نے زور پکڑا اور اسلام مخالف نظریات کو فروغ دیا گیا تصور خلافت اور اسلامی تعلیمات کو بیکار اور فرسودہ قرار دے کر یوروپ کے جمہوری نظام اور ملحدانہ نظریات کے لیے راہ ہموار کیا گیا ۔ مصطفی کمال اتاترک ایک مسلم نما یہودی فوجی کمانڈر کو ہیرو بناکر پیش کیا گیا اور اسی کے ہاتھوں خلافت کی قبا چاک کردی گئی ۔ چاک کردی ترک ناداں نے خلافت کی قبا میں سادگی مسلم کی دیکھ اوروں کی عیاری بھی دیکھ سلطنت عثمانیہ ہی امہ مسلمہ کی مرکزی طاقت اور پناہ گاہ تھی جس نے سارے عالم اسلام كو متحد کر رکھا تھا ۔ عثمانیوں نے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی وہ خدمات کیں جن سے عباسی خلافت اپنی شکستہ حالت اور ناتوانی کی وجہ سے قاصر ہوچکی تھی ۔ چھ سو سال تک وہی صلیبی حملوں سے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے لیے سینہ سپر اور شمشیر بکف رہے ۔ جسد اسلامی کو انہوں نے ہی متحدہ صیہونی اور صلیبی حملوں سے بچاکر رکھا ۔ اس لیے اعداء اسلام کی غاضبانہ نظر انہیں پر مرکوز رہی کہ اگر عثمانی سلطنت کو ختم کردیا جائے تو سارا عالم اسلام ان کے قبضہ میں آجائے گا اور بالآخر صدیوں کی مسلسل سازشوں اور چالوں سے وہ اپنے شیطانی منصوبہ میں کامیاب ہوگئے ۔ سلطنت عثمانیہ کے خاتمہ کے بعد امہ مسلمہ بے یار و مددگار ہوگئی اور اس کا کوئی پرسان حال نہ رہا ! وہ اعداء اسلام کے نرغے میں آگئی انہوں نے جسد اسلامی کے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرکے عالم اسلام کا شیرازہ بکھیر کر ان پر غاصبانہ قبضے کرلیے ۔ اس کے بعد جدید شیطانی عالمی نظام کے تحت ان کو طرح طرح کے شکنجوں میں اس طرح جکڑ دیا کہ وہ بے بس ہو کر رہ گئی اور بے دریغ اس کا خون نا حق بہایا جاتا رہا ۔ ہوگیا کش قدر ارزاں مسلماں کا لہو اس کی قوتوں کو توڑ کر خود اس کے خلاف استعمال کیا جاتا رہا یے ۔ ان وجوہات سے امہ مسلمہ مخلتف قسم کی ذہنی اور نفسیاتی اضطراب کا شکار ہوگئی ! اس صورت حال نے امہ مسلمہ پر بہت خراب منفی اثرات مرتب کیے ہیں اور وہ ذہنی جمود اور تعطل کا شکار ہوگئی ۔ خلافت کے خاتمہ کے بعد مسلسل اس کی حمیت ، دہنی غیرت اور اسلامی تشخص پر ہونے والے حملوں سے اس کی ملی آرزوؤں اور امنگوں کا خون ہوتا رہا ۔ ان تمام تکلیف دہ حالات کا سبب سقوط خلافت کے بعد کی مسلم قیادت ہے ۔ وہ فریب خوردہ ، شکست خوردہ ، بے نشاط اور بزدل ہوکر منافق ہوگئی ہے ۔ وہ اسلامی فکر و نظر سے محروم اور لادین ہوچکی ۔ آج دنیا کے مسلم عوام مسلم حکمرانون کی وجہ سے زبون حالی کا شکار ہیں ۔ اے خاصہ خاصان رسل وقت دعا ہے امت پہ تری آکے عجب وقت پڑا ہے وہ دین جو بڑی شان سے نکلا تھا وطن سے پردیس میں وہ آج غریب الغرباء ہے مولانا حالی رحمہ اس وقت افغانستان مین اسلامی ریاست کا قیام در حقیقت اللہ جل شانہ کا فیصلہ ہے اور دنیا کے مسلم عوام کے درد کی دوا اور چارہ سازی ہے ۔ اسلامی ریاست کے ذمہ داروں کے سامنے اسلامی ریاست میں عید نبوت و رسالت اور خلافت علی منہاج النبوة کا اسوة حسنہ ہے اس لیے ان کو کوئی دشواری نہیں ہوگی ۔ امور ریاست ایک وسیع تر نظام شوری کے ذریعہ انجام دیے جائیں گے اور ان شاء اللہ طالبان بحسن و خوبی اسے انجام دے سکیں گے ۔ ڈاکٹر محمد لئیق ندوی قاسمی ڈائرکٹر آمنہ انسٹیٹیوٹ آف اسلامک اسٹڈیز اینڈ انالائسس nadvilaeeque@gmail.com
