Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed on Feb. 23, 2020. Three men face murder charges in a trial in southeast Georgia. The trial is on Day 8 as of Nov.16. GBI Agent Richard Dial took the stand on Nov. 16, 2021, to discuss the death of Ahmaud Arbery.
Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed on Feb. 23, 2020. Cellphone video leaked to the public shows two armed white men in a truck approaching the 25-year-old Black man as he runs down the road. One of the men, later identified as Travis McMichael, and Arbery struggle over McMichael's shotgun before Arbery is shot and collapses.
Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael and William "Roddy" Bryan, who recorded the video, are all charged with murder in Arbery's death.

Cause he knows keeping it in check is what gets justice not back and forthing it. He came out professional and deliberate so he can put these guys in jail. The defense made a fool of himself again, again and the jury saw all of that. Everything he wants to say he's thinking it in his head and laughing to himself, cause why argue with the slowest lawyer I've ever seen. This dude is just confessing for his client.

Guilty or Innocent, this is exactly how the process is supposed to work. This GBI Detective did a wonderful job and should be held up as what all investigators should aspire too. He followed the evidence, and in this case it led him to believe the defendants were guilty of committing a crime. Once the evidence is completed, it is the Judicial systems responsibility to prove guilt. If the original, local authorities (and others around the country) had done their job to the same level as the GBI, DA, and Judge - then we would have a lot more faith in the legal system and police in our country.

🤣😂😅 At first I thought perhaps Gough was doing a dumb as a fox routine. You know purposely misrepresenting his client so his client would have a reason to ask for another trial. However, I've watched enough of the trial and enough of this man's defense that I actually think he's for real. I mean he's a lawyer in the South who only defends white men who are racist as is he. Therefore he went into this court case defending his client like he's probably done every other bigoted racist murderer that he's ever defended before. The best thing he could have ever done for his client was to write out a plea deal for his client and allow his client to turn States evidence. That he did not do. Sadly, I'm pretty sure that his client will get another trial, because GOUGH DOG is the dictionary picture of inept council. Which just brings me full circle to believing that he did this purposely so that his client could get another trial. Because any rational person on this planet knew that that video was going to bury him. Not only was that video going to bury the two men who actively pursued a mod initially but it buried him too because he did that entire video and never once called 911.

I guess they didn’t have a go fund me account that raised enough money to get the best lawyer unlike Rittenhouse. Or this could be strategic in case of a guilty verdict to get a new trial for ineffective counsel. The mistrial strategy has already been played. Roddy isn’t too smart since he foolishly being tried together with the McMichaels.

@kennethcharles1386

Instead of tying to find witnesses that can help their clients they waste time going over and over a drown aerial view that's self explanatory. The defense attorneys were banking on the Jurors to just disregard the law and the evidence, because that's exactly what the Glenn County sheriff's department and District Attorney's Office did. This case was over just on the defendants statements at the scene of the McMichaels shooting Ahmuad Arbery. Even without the video they would have been convicted, eventually forcing an investigation which was done anyway by Ms Wanda Cooper Jones, Ahmuad Arbery's mother even before the video was released on social media by the defendants attorneys. Attacking an unarmed man with guns and trucks and then trying to claim self defense or citizens arrest. Kevin Gough is as stupid as they come just listening to his line of questioning is just redundant trying to explain William R Bryant's movements inside a truck as a means of his client's involvement in blocking and cutting off and using his truck as a weapon to assault Ahmuad Arbery. Kevin Gough just made the States case.

This defense attorney is trying to say that when his client overshot(cause he realized he’s a pussy) arbery must have took a couple of steps forward (to turn right) and that was an attack. Lmaooooo I love this gbi dude. He knows exactly what the dude is doing and he made him look like a fool. There’s no window or angle to defend these guys but that’s what these attorneys are getting paid to do cause it’s otherwise illegal. I’m glad justice was served at the end of the day. I could’ve(but would never) defended these guys way better. Lol
