I went through the entire Alexander in Scindia by Rashid sir and I am still reeling to think of his knowledge! In fact, one has to see it several times to retain some bits of it. Uff! This man is truly an asset of Pakistan. It is through sir that I know about Maharaj Puru (Porus), Pauravas (clan), Ambi, Takshashila (Taxila), towns like Multan (Mallian-pura?), Jogian Tilla, Raja Rasalu...goodness! I would request Sir to throw some light on grammarian Panini, his village (now in Swabi district, I am told) and his work, Asthadhyayi...

KAKAZAI tribe of today's Afghanistan /Pakhtunwa province of Pakistan their ancestry belongs to ANGHRAJ KARAN of 5500 years old Hindu epic Mahabarat elder son KAKA he was the rulers of this region and use to trade in Horses and supplying all over Indian subcontinent and South East Asia .

Mercenaries have been a part of military culture since the time immemorial , Mr.Rasheed has got some misunderstanding , in Indian Subcontinent "Rajput Age" started approximately in 647 AD in the aftermath of the demise of great Harshvardhna when Brhamins elevated a new warrior class to protect their ulterior motives . The constitutes of this class were foreign mercenaries and local Dravadians tirbes . This class has never been able to protect the integrity of Indian Subcontinent against the foreign invasions . Even during the Mughal and British Eras these mercenaries strengthened their rule by providing them gun fooders.

What place is this exactly, Gumbat? How to find it on Google maps. I tried to follow your narrative, Osakai was found. The Valley upstream towards Panjkora goes to Talash and I couldn't find any Gumbat.

Got it! PVG7+HG4, Talash, Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 12345, Pakistan. It makes sense, Talash is a big town on the valley floor, to host Aspakenoi population! Very interesting history of this area. Thanks again!

Ghandhar was named after Ghandharv Naresh father of Ghandhari of Hindu epic Mahabarat and after Islamic invasion Ghandhar became Khandhar because in Persian language don't have alphabet G and PHANJSHEER VALLEY in today's Afghanistan is named after 5 Pandav brother's of 5500 years old Hindu epic Mahabarat meaning of PHANJSHEER means 5 TIGERS as they had stayed at PHANJSHEER VALLEY during their 13 years exile from Indrapratha approximately 80 to 100 km from today Delhi .
