Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole
Today we will be making air fryer Breakfast Casserole. This would be great for a make-ahead breakfast for the week, or for when you have guests. You can also mix up the ingredients the night before and refrigerate overnight to make for the next morning. I have a 5.3 qt. air fryer and this recipe can easily be doubled if desired. Just keep in mind if you do double it, the cooking time will be a little longer. What you could also do, which I didn't and wish I would have, is add some shredded cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking for some extra goodness! Oh, and some jalapenos for my hot and spicy lovers out there. Oh yeah!

Mmmmmm, I just love breakfast, and could eat it anytime of the day. That looks so good and in the air fryer, that is great. I also like the fact that this keeps the portions sizes at bay too. Thanks Kelly, hugs to you. Claudia

Kelly, this looks really delish! I love breakfast foods. In fact I love them at lunch and dinner also! You made this recipe even more appealing by mentioning that it could be meatless. Yours is one of only a few "air fryer channels" I subscribe to because you know that air fryers are awesome appliances that do way more than " fry" frozen french fries and frozen processed snacks! TFS and stay safe! 🌈🌈🌈

I have one of these air fryers too but some recipes doesn't make sense to do it in air fryer. You can do this exact recipe in a pan in 10-15min. Max

My air fryer has a separate air fry and bake option. Are you baking at 350 degrees or air frying at this temperature? Thanks.
