I just got one of these. I haven't taken anything apart yet. How much of the synthetic stock could be filled with foam to possibly quiet down the hollow sounds? It's not bad as is, do you think it would make a difference?

Try a Buck Rail moderator. 40$ with shipping inside the USA and 9 Db quieter than another brand I paid a lot more for. As far as the Avenger series…best bang for the buck hands down end of story. .22 and .25 are very pellet and slug friendly and very adjustable to whatever you really need for ammo of choice. I prefer a wooden stock and it will give you better accuracy and less over noise in the woods. Stay blessed. Hope this helps somebody!

Buck-Rail makes great moderators. I have them on 3 of my 25 cal pcp air rifles. Why pay more than $100 dollars for others?

While the this pcp is great and I all most bought it until I found out that I’d be spending again all most as much for the compressor.

There is definitely an entry cost for pcp's but once you've got the compressor you're set. Check out this one the Vevor PCP Compressor on Amazon, it's supposed to be pretty good.

I say it's unfair to test accuracy in any wind that can effect the pellet, to the gun manufacturer, pellet manufacturer, and to the potential customers. It's irresponsible. If I was CEO of a pellet or pellet gun mfg, I'd advertise our strict .scientific. Requirements for all evaluations of our products and advise any variation(s) void the test credence. As of course it/they do.
