Hola, creo que para poder formarse una opinión con algún fundamento, tendrían que compararse varios parámetros de ambos aviones. Y sólo vemos despegar al Airbus; pero no sabemos más nada: Carga útil, distancias de despegue y aterrizante, consumo de motores, techo de servicio, alcance, aviónica, confort interior, vida útil de la célula y etc etc etc. Gracias por el video!!

it's a shame that an-70 didn't get any production orders. I wish Ukraine goverment got their shit together and boosted not only own airforce with it, but also export it to other countries

The Antonov company got 60 percent of its aircraft components from Russia, the Crimea situation changed the working relationship between Russia and Ukraine, as a result, many would be buyer's were put off by the fact, Ukraine is not able to supply all parts and other needed equipment for this aircraft, as they are usually built in Russia, and buying from Russia would be problematic as the US has various sanctions against them.

Why are the tail fins so high on the A400? In the AN it’s at same level as the wings.

it keeps the elevators out of the main wing's wake, therefore increasing pitch authority at all speeds.

This is a aerodynamical choice with a T tail is the autority better at low speed and high angle of attack like on short tactic landings, but a T tail is heawyer and more expansive to built

@@leneanderthalien Russian MOD paid for the AN-70 development, and Antonov was a Russian company that was moved to Kiev during the Soviet Industrialization.

С 2009 года выпущено более 100 Airbus A400M.....С 1994 года выпущено 2 Ан-70. Один разбился в Гостомеле, погибли 7 человек. В настоящее время в строю один Ан-70
