Deep sleep : all the info you learned throughout the day is stored in brain. So you remember it better Light sleep : the info is cleared in brain so that you can learn more effectively the next day REM sleep : this is the stage when the info you learn links with the dream or story. To sleep better : Before sleeping : decide a time when you'll wake up in the morning. No matter at what time you sleep, decide and wake up exactly at that time. You'll feel sleepy and will be able to sleep better next time. Do this consistently, so you'll have a better sleep. Do not take caffine after 12-1 pm. Because caffeine makes us less sleepy. Do not use any screen before 1-1.5 hrs before sleep as the blue light generated from sleep isn't healthy for our sleep and it delays deep sleep Make a different work space, but in bed, only sleep, if you'll make this a habit, your brain will trick you to sleep faster immediately when you go to bed at night After sleeping : Get sunlight after you wake up for nearly 30 mins. If we continuously consume artificial light from digital screen, that causes problem in sleeping 2. Exercise. A hormone called cortisol is necessary to become active throughout the day, it also helps to sleep properly, a walk, or a light exercise, or yoga will help.

Nofap and meditation has decreased my sleep quantity Before I used to sleep 7-8 hrs now I only required 5-6 hrs I even can perform efficiently with 4 hrs of rest

My suggestion every one should getup at 5 am, 5.45 to 7.00 outside exercise and Sunbathing and see the changes in life. Why 5am is the best time because when you go outside at 5.45am you get the blessing and energy of Rising Sun. Also if someone wants to getup early he has to put 2 alarm clock for example one is at 4.45/ and one at 5.00/ reason at 4.45/ you will off 1st one means you are half awake and again at 5am you have to get up to off second one and this time you will be full awake.

Bahut saare log aisa bhi puchte h ki excersice to 8 bje hi ho skti h...sham ya raat me bhi ho skti h...but morning me body toxic release krne ki form me hoti h...poore din ki capacity me sbse jyada in the morning, although as per schedule na krne se better h ki jb suitable ho kr lena chahiye.

Hello seeken sir, i just have a question. I am working in international BPO in that i am doing rotational shift like sometimes its night 10pm to morning 7am, sometimes afternoon 1pm to night 10pm sometimes morning 7am to afternoon 4pm so in that scenario i dont get proper sleep because of my surroundings environment when i m going to sleep everyone is awake and sunlight is also very bright so plz suggest me some tips because of that i Feel very lazy.

get to sleep 1the target: decide time to get up, and achieve this target daily 2) limit caffine drink morning, before 12-1, it lasts till 8 hrs 3)get it blacked which thing to avoid, like 1 hr before sleep avoid screen light, 1 hr after getting up, make separate space for work & sleep, getting up 4)sunlight - 15min, + sleep quality improve 5)exercise- 15min + improve blood flow

It is said that instead of sleeping for 8 hours continuously we should sleep for 4 hours two times a day (in two shifts) Just like nomadic people did ,will this help, is it right to do ?

i used to watch a lot if anime and then one night i was dreaming the mixture of black clover and demon slayer anime where i was the captain of devil slayer corps with some magic that i dont remember now and our commander was the most powerful mage in the kingdom and had water magic ,also almost defeated the most powerful devil but himself got some serious wounds and also devils lived in some part of our kingdom in which they created dimensions in which sunlight never enters and they come out of their dimensions in night time to hunt down people and they cant be defeated in their dimensions even if day time . and then one night most powerful devil attacked commander but couldn't killed him and disappeared and then i saw that their dimensions was expanding and hunting people this was a really cool dream
