She definitely needs grief counseling and yea, maybe excluding her from the wedding *might* have been good given how shes reacted to other things, but making your _cover pic_ your mom/hubby is going a little too far. I get that you probably like that pic but find something of just the two of you for that spot. You might be able to use that dance pic later if she gets the help she needs, but purposefully posting something like that as more than a post is just mean. She doesn't sound like a terrible person, merely a woman who's lost her husband and half her kids very close to each other and isn't coping well

Not inviting her to your wedding seems harsh. Grief does not have an expiration date. I would have invited her but let her know the moment she became a problem, she would be escorted out. Why did you try on your dead SIL's wedding dress? Doesn't make any sense. Also, posting a pic of hubby and your mom as your main FB photo is just mean. Why not make your main pic of you and hubby and take the other picture and post in the gallery of your FB profile? Unless you've left a lot of bad behavior by your MIL out of your story, you just come across as mean and a bit vindictive.
