Keep hearing things about a washer and mine didnt have any that i could see .... It also wont screw on with the ball 😔

You forgot to check for the washer inside the J pipe from your previous shower head.

May want to invest in a better camera or figure out better upload settings, 240p is pretty poor quality. Helpful regardless.
