So I hope you liked and enjoyed the review for the Jelly White, in my opinion it is indeed an upgrade from the Vintage White but I don't really suggest getting them if you already have the Vintage White, I would only suggest this if you are picking between the two but If you really want to try to see the difference it still a good switch to pick up. Again my only gripe here is that some of you may find it light for your liking but for me I got really used to it the longer I used it so keep that in mind.

The PC housing seems to look a bit frosty comparing to other jelly switches, does it feel like gateron's clear switch vs milky switch?

Gat browns are light tactile with a bump while these are linears without that bump feeling, I can say these are smoother than the gat browns. If you want the same bump feeling that the brown has I can recommend checking out Akkos Lavender purple I also made a review on those. Also thank you for commenting hope you enjoyed the video :D

I would say get the Akko Cs Silver or the Cs Crystal Silver switches as they have a fast pre travel meaning to say its more snappier when using them. Also sorry for the late response!

Great review, I think I'm going to get these for my next custom build, I'm looking for a clacky profile and this seem very solid for the price. One question, does the switches wobble after disassemble? Is switch film necessary? Thanks

They dont really wobble that much due to the box type stem that they are using, I tried filming them but it was really tight and sometimes dont close so I dont really suggest filming box type switches. I've been using the gat black ink v2s for some time, I think 60g is too heavy for me and I want to go with something lighter but with the same sound do you think this is my one?

I have yet to try the gat inks so I cant really comment in terms of the same feel or sound profile, but in term of lighter switches I can say yes but take note that you might find it way too light at first so there's like a phase but once you've use it for some time you should be used to it. Akko is producing some awesome budget kit. Couldn't really hear a difference in sound snignature. I'll line anyway for feel and to ward off potential spring ping. I reckon then would sound *fantastic* with some PE under the plate.

What do you recommend is the best Akko switch for gaming? I’m wanting to switch from a Razer linear optical switches to a different switch. Do you think I should even switch or should I just stay with the keyboard I have? I’m using my keyboard for mainly hard gaming

You may want to go with short pre travels like the cs silver and cs crystal silver, it actuates faster then some of their switches and you may want to go with linears instead of tactiles when gaming as for same tactile bumps are a bit distracting when they are actuating the switches.

Hi, I recently order the Akko 3098b with jelly white switches on it. Since most of the reviews talk about it being the lightest. I bought an TX 16mm 67g spring to replace them. By any chance. Do you have an idea if I won’t have any problems? I’m new to the keeb community. Will appreciate your opinion.

It wont since its just the springs that you are swapping. Let me know how it goes once you have!

@@Rx003 Hi! I received my akko 3098b yesterday. I modded it right away. Case foam, tempest, PE, Lubed 205g0 jelly white switches and spring swap to TX 16mm 67g. Actuation didn’t change, actuation is light for my preference. But definitely it became heavier which suits my preference when I always bottom out. This is my first mech keeb. Maybe I’m still adjusting. But I do a bit of typos typing with linears.(This is me saying within the day of experience.) I’ll try tactile next time.

I have to go with Cs silvers I really love the fast pre travel on those switches and its decently weighted than the lighter Jelly whites. I really appreciate your comment! Really helps out my channel a lot!

getting into keyboards for the first time, ordered a budget-friendly redragon k630 60%, but i fatally thought blue switches were a good idea. Hopefully, the jelly whites I ordered will feel smoother. I've already replaced the keycaps with PBT double-shot caps and purchased a coiled cable, I also installed foam, clipped the stabilizers and did the bandaid mod, will also lube the switches once i get them. any suggestions on further upgrades to my keyboard? still learning about this hobby.

I would say Jelly blacks the weight is very balanced on those not too heavy and not too light.

@@andrenikolai1061 Heres my own preference for Akko switches Cs Silver Jelly Black Radiant Red Cs Sakura For tactiles Jelly Purple Lavender Purple Jelly blue Cs silver are nice too as it has the shortest pre travel but it does give me some mistyping at times

I havent tried gat pinks so I can only say jelly whites are great for beginners but you might find the actuation force a bit light at first. Also thank you so much for checking out my video!

I just ordered these switches to upgrade my reddraggon k552 red switches. The switches I have are 45g so these ones are alot lighter do u think they might be too light?

hi im trying to make some changes to my current keyboard and im thinking of switching stabs switches and keycaps i chose keycaps but i dont know which stab is good out of box(stock) because im not gonna be lubing my switches or stabs and i also dont know if akko cs silver or cs white sound better(quiet and thocy) im using gat silver speed rn and i dont want to buy switch that sounds like gat speed silver can you tell me which one should i get

Hmmm Akko Jelly whites you might find them a bit light when you first start using them in terms of sound cs silvers sounds better for me, I havent tried gat silver speed so I cant really tell in terms of sound. Both jelly whites and cs silver sounds good it would just boil down in terms of the feel, i would still prefer cs silver if im being honest

The Redragon K530 is a 60% mechanical keyboard with Redragon-branded Outemu switches that are easy to swap out with the hot-swappable sockets. That's what it says on Google so will it work?

Yup not really a night and day experience when it comes to sound but for the feel you can feel a little bit smoothness on lubed , thank you for the comments by the way really helps out my channel!

Spend a bit more time talking about how it feels to type rather than sound. Placement of the microphone and many factors could affect the sound so it doesn't really mean much.
