Ingredients;
3 and half cups mashed yam
1/4 cup margarine/ salted butter
1 cup mixed carrot, green bell pepper and onions
1/2 cup full cream milk
3/4 cups All purpose flour
1 egg
4 tbsp full cream milk
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
