Ingredients:
3cups - Mashed Yams
2-3tbsp - Butter
1/4cup - Evaporated Milk
Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper - tt
1/4 of a small Red Onion or to your taste
Salt - tt

Yes I promised to give a feedback and OMG I tried this recipe and it was very yummy. Am Nigerian so I usually prepare yam by boiling, frying or porridge and when I do my kids never eat it. But when I prepared this they really loved it. So thank you for sharing❤️

Thanks for sharing, my grandma use to make them for us on special occasion and it was 😋. Yeah she never rolled it into ball but calls it yam balls but I remember we calling it yam boys as kids 😆

TFS Sis. 👌🏾 It looks perfect and delicious. The oval shape is the original/classic one. When I was growing up, yam balls were always served at parties or special dinners on a plate of rice and stew, or jollof rice, with a side of creamy Ghana salad. 😋
