If Blake Sims just had one. more. year. Sheeshh. I’m a Bama fan till I die but even I will admit he was a much more elite thrower than Jalen Hurts and I say that w/ no disrespect to him. Hurts led us to two consecutive undefeated seasons. Always much respect to him ✊🏾. Roll Tide!!

I honestly thought both Sims and Coker were underrated players, Coker didn't put up giant stats but when ever Alabama needed Jake Coker to make a clutch play or throw in 2015/2016 he delivered plus Coker didn't turn the ball over much. Turnovers are really the only flaw in Blake Sims game but you also must remember Sims was only a 1 year starter. I would have like to have seen Sims run more zone read option plays and RPO's with Yeldon, Henry, Drake back there.

Three years earlier, Florida threw a bomb for a TD on its first play against Alabama. I wonder if Nick Saban mentioned that to offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin? 00:58

blake sims was a good quarter back he shared the tds he thew as many to his team as he did the team he was playing against , if he couldnt find cooper, he would thow it to the guy that was covering coop

the first ala vs fl football game i went to was when i was a teen in 1970 or 71 guessing.......the thing i remember most is alabama guy caught a pass or runner was turned around and an alabama guy had to show him which way to run....all i remember...... except i went as a student and guess i looked so young they let me in..i was in high school

BAMA laid down 647 Total Yards on the Gaytors. The most in their history. BAMA beat that ass. BAMA is now 7-0 in the last 7. ROLL TIDE ROLL of Course. Ran off Urban Meyer at Florida, Ran them all off. ROLL TIDE ROLL - Get over it Florida BAMA is 7 for 7.

Watching this game again 26:5 this is why I hate commentary the oline is taught to go push that pile to help the running back get more yards why wouldn’t you stand there and watch your teammate get stood up and hang tackled
