Sorry I do not know where the costumes where sourced from. I think they were made by parent volunteers.

That's what I was wondering but he may have been going slowly through the crowd since they don't have much of a stage.

Different directors have different ideas. Also this is an elementary school. Some don't have as huge standards as Clove155's school over here.

I work at an elementary school and help with the theater program. We're doing Aladdin this year and Prince Ali is a big number next to Friend Like Me. We also have more room than just a stage.

TheVecan My school has a confetti cannon, lights, tons of costumes, and lots more. We most have 8 or 9 fundraisers and get about $6000

Schools to fundraisers to help the budget. A lot of it though is probably out of pocket and donations from parents. Things that look expensive might actually be dressed up dollar store/AC Moore items.
