Here's several ideas for making a great speech: Allow plenty time. Start writing. Put down whatever you can - it's better than empty space! get help from friends. You don't have to do it by alone Use ready made speech outlines. Try it out in front of severl people and ask for their opinions.

I just discovered this video today and Aaron, your dry, deadpan humor is just EPIC!!!! I laughed and laughed till I cried. It must had been fun growing up with you. You remind me of my late brother Thomas. The same gestures, the same expressions every time he delivered a joke. JUST CLASSIC!!! I missed him so much but now, I think not much anymore because, I"ll just watch your speech and start cracking up. This must have happened 8 years ago, but your speech would always be so refreshing. Thank you for such an excellent speech and being such an excellent speaker. It is so very good to know that you have a wonderful relationship with your brother Allan. I salute your parents.

He has so much potential to be a standUP comedian or maybe have a side gig of making such amazing wedding speeches at other people's weddings. A toast to their brotherhood in the years to come.
