She's naive, lacks experience in everything not just battle, she doesnt seem to be in total control of the powers she even currently has, given that she had to struggle to just change her arm a bit to protect lucifer back, and most likely, she seems afraid to kill others. Alastor has none of those flaws besides his deal which seems to be restricting his powers. He has battle experience, offence, defence, the element of surprise, knows how to exploit his oponents, he is the strongest one in the entire hell on that note, but what is his main flaw? The fact that he is still just a sinner. His strength might be as mighty as it is but it wont help much against angelic attacks. He seemed capable of damaging Adam when he punched him by surprise, so if his main attacks would've hit he could've killed adam, but given that adam got angelic power he managed to easily deflect most of those attacks. It is basically like fighting water with air. Can make a dent but it will be easily fixed. Lucifer is a fallen angel, Charlie his daughter, so assuming she inherited the blood, demon attacks might also not work very well against her. Conclusion: Alastor can win in his current state, but it will be a great challange as he'll have to know exactly where to aim yo do actual damage. Pretty much like trying to fit a thread in a needle, only great experience can help you do it easily.
