I first read of Albert Fish back in the early 1980s. It's funny that before the internet was around you literally had to stumble across this information, sometimes by accident. Terrible story, I remember being shocked by the details. I also remember my girlfriend at the time had her grandmother tell me the story of how a strange old man tried to lure her away from a group of friends when she was a child. Same time period, and in Buffalo, NY. I've always wondered if she had encountered Fish.

Of all the horrific stories I've read or heard about, Albert Fish sits securely atop the list. The letter he wrote and sent to that little girl's mother is hands-down....(five minutes later)....words fail me. I must also admit I find it really surprising that there has been no film (to my knowledge) that's accurately depicted him. That such a monster can reside in the tiny, seemingly frail body of an old man is so much worse than the hulking murderers the horror genre thrives on.

Albert Fish is in my opinion the most vile of serial killers. The details in the public domain are so disturbing, I can't begin to imagine what's in the undisclosed letter. Poor Grace and her family; it's chilling that the house still stands today. Michael, you and Jessica both approached this heinous crime with such respect for Grace and the other little souls who met their demise at the hands of this monster. I enjoy how you both narrate the videos, and are so respectful in how you present them. The efforts you both go to in research and presentation is very well done.

He is up there. But I can think of much worse. It is sad, but it is also human nature. Death will always be lurking, watching, and waiting. The human mind can be so dark and horrifying. Some can not contain or control it. I would have liked to heard Albert speak about his crimes and try to understand how it all was justified in his mind. The dark places that could take a person. Albert learned about cannibalism from a ship caption on one of his travels.

It didn't take too long for me to find the address, and when you look at Zillow, the Price History is interesting. If you're still in the area you should look into Kitty Genovese. Everything is exactly as it was in 1964. I'm sure you have heard of this case, and it was her case that created the 911 system. That would be a great video.

@@TopSecretInformations And your comment is a really big reason why a video should be done on her. What you just said isn't correct. The NYT wrote that inflammatory headline that no one did a thing, and that wasn't true. The number isn't even accurate.

I never heard of him but researched this evil man online and read his letter he wrote to the family. I couldn't imagine what went through their hearts when the brother read the letter to his family. That poor child. I can't understand how someone can be so evil.

You seem to be the first person to understand how horrible this crime was and still to this day is. But, the main things as you mentioned, remember her name and face as a child not a victim. Let her rest in peace and not relive that horrible day.

Can you imagine buying that house, not knowing the history, and having hauntings and other paranormal activity--well, at least I hope not. I hope all of his victims have moved on, and this is proof that it really pays to look at the history of the house. Keeping history alive is right. I get chills whenever I think of what might have happened in the house.

Think of what might have happened??? Hmmm, hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. To live by those words will only bring heartache, disgust, and pure horror! Horrible events took place in that bedroom. And not once did you acknowledge that and show sympathy for little Gracie... only a fascination with the paranormal, but again, no sympathy for little Gracie
