I never thought he could top Empathy in any way, but he did. Empathy was a warm hug of comfort, whereas this one makes me want to run around and get me a lover, now!

I really loved that there's a consistent storyline in the album. The songs are amazing and he sounds amazing. I was a little afraid that I wouldn’t like it as much as empathy since empathy set my expectations really high. But I shouldn’t have been worried. Expectation was just as good if not better. Also we got live performances for two of the songs, so this era has to be the best for kyungsoo enjoyers. Now I just need him to do a live session or something and sing all the bsides (and all empathy songs as well) live

I'm I the only one who feels like lost should have been the title track? Such a beautiful track. The freaking sigh 😭I would have loved to see a video centered around chasing missed opportunities to restore the relationship or prevent its end but never quite catching them. So much to work with. Kyungsoo's music is quite meditative to me, in the sense that I find myself thinking about my own experiences when I listen to it. Thank you for the reaction Caitlin ❤ and creating a space to vibe and appreciate great music!

The sequence goes like this, having happy relationship like you can see in wonder part and broke up and in somebody part he moved on and even visited the place that he and his ex lover spent time together and then since he moved on he wants somebody that love him

I agree with all your analysis dear. I think the storyline is that he's just like any normal guy trying to find the right partner (he's probably the type of person who only want to date once). He actually did found someone he was happy with, they spent sometime together but she wanted an end to relationship as she realized he's not the one she actually sees a future with. Although they ended on mutual terms but it's really heartbreaking for him to move on. His has "lost" his innocence and hope cause he only wanted to be with one person. It took him time to get over it as he keep reminsing the past and thinking of these "what if" scenarios in his "ordinary day" life now. With time he did move on from the past but not from the love, he only remember it as a bittersweet memory which was once a beautiful "view" to him. All of this makes him feel so lonely which is why wishes for "Somebody" to be there and actually care for him the way he is. He eventually does find someone like that, more specifically he found someone to relate to but isn't in a hurry to rush fast in this relationship as he knows there's still time for them to achieve their own dreams. Both of them are there in times of loneliness to assure each other that "somebody" is there cheer them on. He doesn't really know what should he name this relationship so he's "lost" again but he'll eventually figure out this situation. One thing he does know is that he's finally started to move on and he wouldn't rush things in his current phase because he will eventually do it when he's done put an end to the doors of his past.

Before i watch your video completely, i just want to say that Lost is my most favorite. But after a while i found myself just humming ordinary days. His voice and the song choices are magical. I hope he'll continue to sing in this genre, seriously. 😢

Empathy is my favorite album of all time, but this is making me reconsider. Only one that could beat D.O is himself!
