Every problem Ive ever had in my life, i can honestly say that alcohol and weed have never helped me solve any of them. The solutions were only temporary, but on the longterm, nothing changed in reality. Something I was thinking about the other day. Solving my problems looks alot more like confronting my emotions head on & sitting with the uncomfortable thoughts. Embracing myself, working on my business & being creative. Sobriety helps me do much more of those things, more often
