The most convincing character on the show by far. Effortless, natural. It's like you can't see him working, Ivar just IS. The polar opposite of what Bette Davis once said about Meryl Streep: "Every time I watch her, I can see the gears turning"

Alex Høgh Andersen put his heart and soul into this role ! I can’t imagine anyone else playing Ivar the way he did ! He understood the assignment!!!Every time he is in a scene THE CHARISMA jumps out ! ❤... so much raw talent as such a young age was fantastic to watch and the fact that he’s just a cute, goofy, cuddly teddy bear off screen is the icing on the cake ! ❤wishing him all the best in all his endeavors!

These amazing actors, crew, directors obviously like each other. Some of the interactions and Pranks are hysterical.The Fact that the show is about my Ancestors,........ well its about time Vikings were given due recognition on the screen. That they picked actors of Scandinavian, Brittish and Germanics to play the parts just makes it awesome, especially for people of the same decent. So many of the Cast look like they could be my family members. My entire Family came from these Northern parts of Europe, and my poor husband must be going nuts listening to Viking and Northern Germany Facts and legends, many of which came from my Mother.......hehe.....I so look forward to every episode and appreciate the connection.....Can't wait for the new Season.

He played the part so well.Then I saw the grave outside a Church where boneless was purported to be buried.It indicated the body that had lain in the grave had ordinary legs and was quite tall!!Loved Vikings!!

Ragnar who the actors did a great job with it I keep hitting the send button by accident so I’ll finish now I looked up the history of the show and it was pretty accurate Ivar did not die he became the king of Ireland and know one heard of him after that! Ivar the Boneless really was a character in Viking history and couldn’t use his legs but it didn’t saw why ANY WAY I went on too long but it was a great show! There’s another great series called Mr In Between that’s great also Go check it out you’ll be glad you did them drop me a comment telling me what you think of the show! I did an Ivar the Boneless cosplay for a convention I went too. By the end of that day my arms, chest, back were so fucking sore. I can imagine Alex got ripped as hell constantly crawling everywhere, cause I was exhausted after 5 hours.
