I’m literally holding back tears as I write this. Some of my most treasured memories in life were spent just watching Jeopardy on the couch with my family. Such joyous times, and so much of it was just because of Alex’s calm and benevolent presence, his soothing voice, and his friendly demeanor. RIP and thanks for the memories. We love you Alex.

I can't believe this. Just the other day he looked strong on jeopardy and now I just turn on the TV and this is one of the first things I see. This is so sad and heartbreaking.
