Cylinder head gasket damage because no coolant

what must I use to take it out because a flat screw seems like will damage this thing any suggestion?

You had to unscrew the screws at the hot engine.

@@mechanical-MAT Thanks man I managed to take it out following your steps to reassemble it. so now I am on that final step of starting the engine I see it is taking longer to start it cranks and cranks the same as in your video, tell me what did you do to make it start?

is 20 to 25 Nm for tightening all T45 bolts of the MA unit. At 23 Nm I had a perfect squeeze out of the blue sealing plastic at the both ends of the metal seal between block and MA unit. Be retightening the MA unit, I'd use a new metal gasket. Hope that helps

For a camshaft caps . 25.7NM to 31NM

Only for frist start and engine flash. After 3 hour I change it 5w30

No 90 degrees add 👍

@@mechanical-MAT That cant be right.... Checked, its 22NM, back 90 deg., then 22NM again, then 90deg, and then another 90 deg.... can you show a link where its only 70 NM?
