Alfa Romeo Giulia Super 1967

3 жыл бұрынShed find 1967 Giulia Super that had siezed brakes, and had not run for at least 5 years. We put new flexible brake lines in, booster, brake master, flushed the lines, installed new front brakes and changed all the fluids in gearbox, diff and engine. Additional work done was to refurbish the dashboard which had after market gauges installed in the veneer. The rear parcel shelf was refurbished as well.
New headliner has been bought and will be installed once we get time to do the body work and re paint the car.
A fantastic base project car ....could these be the next models to escalate in value?...we think so :-)

Keep it My Father had one back in the 60’s. They are great cars.

Yes these cars have that cool factor and are undervalued in my opinion. I think the prices for these will increase over time!

Just catching up on this video now, indeed they are the one to collect. Their values are on the rise, following on from the coupes. I have my 1300 TI insured with Shannon’s and they recently increased its insured value up from $12K to $70K without hesitation. While mine wouldn’t actually fetch that much if I were to sell it, it’s certainly worth more than the $6.5K I paid for it about 8 years ago.

Aha! Missed this one. Almost exactly the same story as the one I have just found. Can't wait to get it on the road! Love the bonnet story...maybe why they added the straps!

Yes, the straps were put on because the bonnet latch was removed

Looks are deceiving...she needs some serious body work and rust repairs..all hidden.But...she is a delight to drive.Rolling restoration🤙🏻
