It is the first recipe for alfajores that I learned and after trying many other versions, I would not change it for any. They are soft and gritty on the inside and still crispy on the outside. They are spectacular...!

Ingredients:
- Cookies:
-180 grams of All purpose flour.
- 180 grams of corn starch.
- 75 grams of powdered sugar.
- 250 grams of butter or margarine with salt.
- Homemade Dulce de leche:
- 800 grams of evaporated milk.
- 400 grams of condensed milk.
- Powdered sugar for decoration.
* They are baked at 170 Celcius or 338 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
* I got 52 stuffed Alfajores of 3.5 centimeters in diameter.
