Ye food darzee hai. 😂😂😂 Actually he has a company, he has chefs, that COOK the calorie balanced diet the stars need. May be diet is designed by Rujuta, and his chefs cook the said diet accordingly. But I am not sure. What I know for sure is, The chefs meal prep for the celebs, and even show up at their houses and travel with them wherever they go, to cook for them so that they only eat what they are supposed to. He charges 1000/- per DAY. ie: 30000 per month. Per person. (This could be the starting range) So all we can take from this is, you are ugly, you are poor. One more point; He also mentions he kick boxes with Sara. But, I think she trains with Namrita Purohit? And Alia with Yasmin Karachiwala? So, There could be a mish-mash of services in his establishment.

@@akp6172 this diet isnt prepared by Rujuta.. This guy promotes keto diet n says he plans for Sara ali khan n Alia bhatt.. But if u check in Pinkvillay what i eat in a day segment sara ali khan told she doesnt recommend keto diet.. Same goes with rujuta.. They dont recommend keto diet.

More than looking skinny it’s important to look fit and well toned. Alia is way too thinner... leading an unhealthy example for the young teens of the country. So much of scrutiny of lives basic ,of giving nutrition to our body, made so complicated 😳

How can they send hair in my food and how the hell is it balanced when it has only pulao rice and 3 pieces of super oily and dry cauliflower with a tiny cup of paneer that smells. I don't know whom to talk to as I am not getting any satisfactory response from them.
