7:00 Misclicking like this is my most hated part of playing Hexcells. I am such a perfectionist that if getting 1 mistake like that means I don't get all points for the level, I will make myself do it over again. I have to pay just as much attention to not misclicking as I do to logically deducing these puzzles.
@luziferius3687
@luziferius3687 2 жыл бұрын
I think it allows a certain number of miss-clicks, before lowering the score from “perfect” to “completed”. So if your own goal is “only” a perfect score on the game’s level overview, you can afford a few misses per level. If your _own_ OCD or whatever forces you to have a zero in the mistakes counter when completing a levxel, you are on your own.

I noticed when he made the mistake of marking off the nine, which was his only way a fully deducing that area above the nine, and wondered for a while when or if he would realize his mistake. I'm happy he didn't get frustrated at the end and didn't resort to just guessing the remaining few. Instead, he found his mistake and solved it the normal way.

Your pacing is perfect, the gentle sounds is soothing, the game itself is beautifully minimalistic, and the 100% solvability of the game goes a long way to make it fun. Overall loved the video, nice work on taking on the hard ones starting off! It'll be hard to top that though, I don't know what the other premade/community levels are like.
