I enjoyed the review. Thanks MTR 🥰👍 I just found your channel and will go through some of your back catalogue 🤩🥰🥳👍 1ms is just marketing and not really a use case scenario without massive image degradation, ghosting, etc. I have used a HDR600 “certified” monitor and despite its poor quality claims, I gave it a go and it was horrible! I went back and got myself an LG OLED for over 1/3 off $$$ (55”CX) which does HDR soooo much better!

As an owner of the Alienware 3420DW (3440x1440p) and Alienware AW2521H (360Hz 1080P) monitors for a while now, their colour accuracy, screen and build quality and features are amazing to see. Dell/Alienware cops a lot of warranted slack for many of their desktop prebuilt pc’s …….. but many of their monitors are truely amazing 🤩🤩🥰! I got both monitors on a great sale here in Australia 🇦🇺 a little while ago. I got the 3420DW for about $1k USD w/ $200AUD (~$140USD Dell gift card) (without tax) earlier this year and the AW2521H for roughly $380USD (without tax) about 4 months ago. I’m stoked with them and love the styling 🥰🥳.

Thanks for your input and support Micheal! Wow you have quite the monitor collection! That’s awesome :) Alienware may not perform too well in prebuilts but they sure can build a premium monitor with unbeatable styling

The only reason why this monitor is good is because DELL does not make the panel. I own this same monitor and it is indeed a very good monitor and I will give credit where it's due and DELL did a good job with it. I would not touch any of the Alienware PCs with a ten-foot pole as the motherboard and the PSU are proprietary junk and the fancy case is nothing more than a XPS case from about 1999 with some plastic crap thrown around it to make it LOOK like something that it is not also the thermals are just a joke as the case with the cheap fans just make it worse and the thing is really just about e-waste in most respects... People do need to know that HRD 600 is NOT HDR at all and you should know this going in and treat it as a SDR monitor as IF this was a full HDR capable monitor you would be spending about 3 time the price for it!

Can you help me with a question I’ve ordered one of these today got it for £550 so felt it was a good price. Can you help clarify does this run 1440p 120hz on series x I believe it does but just want some clarification

It’s not sold on Amazon so I can’t link it, but you can buy it directly through Dell. The name is “Dell MSA20 Single Monitor Arm” :)

Yea it should work for 120Hz on HDMI, but it will be limited to FHD (1920x1080p) resolution. PS5 may be updated to support 1440p in the future but let’s see what happens :)
