I recently stopped using substances and I feel really depressed, I have really bad mood swings, I barley eat and I don’t feel like being around anyone. I don’t trust no one. I’ve numb my pain for years with weed& alcohol, I decided to stop for good because I want to work on myself and truly be happy with being myself. I hope this pain heals, I hope I can find myself again. I’m scared but I don’t want to relapse, I need to change my life for the better. I don’t want anything holding my potential back. This is calming me down, as I feel a heavy release. This too shall pass.
