As a lifetime Simpsons watcher, I am shaken to the core of my existence to discover this man for the first time ever. I thought I knew all the unnamed stock characters - the surly mustachioed man, the squeaky voiced teen, the easily offended rich lady - but this man has flown firmly below my radar for 30 years of repeat viewing.

I’m pretty sure it can be assumed that he’s also the guy who yells “That’s a right triangle you idiot!” In the bathroom at the nuclear plant. Same voice and while you can’t see who it is, I could see him saying that.
