Beware ladies, this does happens. I know bc it happened to me. But even worse bc I didn’t know the women . One of the ladies stop to tell me how pretty I was ..I was at a night club … complimented more than once …when I left the club ..the same woman hit me … later on that night ..they all demolished my car ..I had no idea .. but the good news is Karma .. the girl who complimented me ..something really really bad happened to her … that’s why it’s so important to be kind to people .

Probably because the defendant’s people could only afford a “small” bottle with them pooling money while the plaintiff and her friend could buy a bigger one and didn’t just put that money in the pooled money. Not saying the plaintiff was wrong, but what started the issues.
