Hey that little plane the Teddy (New Short round) flies in is the same one from "The Great Escape" (1963) With Garner and Pleasance trying to escape to Switzerland.

It started from cold, and didn’t even fire enough rounds to get that hot. Not to mention that if you held the original films to that level of scrutiny, they’d fall apart fast.
