Welcome back to my channel! We are finally back in a routine after summer. The house is almost completely finished and I've been organizing the pantry and the fridge to make it as simple as possible for my kids to pack their lunches. We are also always on the go, so we love snacks that we can grab and go. I wanted to show you all our absolute favorites.

Love this! Could you do a video on what you eat? More specifically, what meals you regularly cook? Im curious as to how you stay healthy and lean with everything going on in your life! Thanks! 😘

Thanks for sharing. I can’t afford most of those foods, but I’m encouraged to try and find similar items.

What?! Your house is cool Jen! Your living room and kitchen together is the size of our house, yard, AND driveway combined. Then you have all kinds of cool snacks! I'm gonna agree with my daughter on this one - I wanna come over and eat snacks! Lol Ya'll are so blessed financially. That's SOOO COOOL. I wish we were blessed financially like that so we can move out of my parent's house.

Ok! I’m loving this. As a mom in ministry it’s great to see a balance of easy, go to stuff that’s also healthy. I don’t always have the time to cook from scratch butttt Chick-fil-A shouldn’t know my kids by name 😂😂 would love to see meals you make on busy nights. Also- lots of comments about organic prices. But once we switched to organic and clean eating we stopped getting sick so often. The price hike in groceries was well worth not paying for medical bills!

Thanks for sharing your helpful tips with us. It seems like you are doing your best to feed your kids well and give them a healthy life. So many great choices- you really put a lot of thought into these snack options. When possible, you might consider buying regular size bags of all those fun treats and letting your kids put individual servings into reusable containers, because all those small packages are tough on the environment. Thanks again for the great tips!

I love this video and now I have great options for my own 2 yr old’s snacks 🙌🏽. Just an idea .. a few videos dedicated to how you raise Ryder would be greatly appreciated 🙂. I love seeing how many things he’s doing at such a young age & some that I haven’t yet introduced to my boy. Some practical tips on how you’ve nurtured & taught Ryder thus far I think would go a long way for some of us moms. ❤️ love love love your channel and my heart literally leaps when I see a new posting 😂

I love these tips! There are a lot of jerky brands that don’t have sugar. When I shop amazon or thrive or Costco for snacks I search for “Paleo” because paleo diet doesn’t allow sugar and I think the ingredients are supposed to be whole.

Haha Jenn I could probably afford ONE of those items every other paycheck with MY budget. Lol And believe me there’s excitement when we get it and split it (like one of those pb bars you got there.) Ooh I was gonna say you remind me of the What’s Up Moms on KZfaq (the blonde one that does a lot of Pinterest stuff and is very active in her children’s lives.)

Thanks for sharing this, Jenn - I appreciate the ideas! Do you keep tabs on sodium intake at all? When I've been looking for healthier snack options, I've often found the sodium to be really high in many of the snacks that would otherwise look like healthy options.

Dried dates, figs, fresh apples, fresh carrots, baby tomatoes would be so much better than prepared processed food. Encouraging children to eat from the source than packaged snacks would be healthier. I understand that four children, make this an easier system, however the best is always simple. X

I love you Jenn and Bethel’s impact on my life but I found this really unrelatable. It would be more believable if you did a disclaimer and acknowledged your privileged position and wealth allowing you to be able to purchase this food online. This ‘Lovely’ brand needs to not be so naive if it’s going to survive and I really want it to!!

I love your worship and personality but I would say do not advocate this way of eating 😬 As a health practitioner helping people reverse auto immune diseases these are the foods - many of them that make them sick. I know you are also American- but who gives tortilla and salsa to kids on an every day basis? Here it’s only for feasting- it has no nutritional value. The juices and everything fruity increases insulin and that’s the #1 disease in America - insulin resistance and diabetes. We don’t have the obese people here in Europe. And all the plastics wrappings, tin cans that transfers heavy metals to your food. And microwave that changes people’s DNA even when standing outside it. Microwaved foods cannot be recognized by the body and eventually it will cause inflammation which again causes cancer in the long run. Do some research on this 😊 it doesn’t hurt. I’m happy my health teachers are American or I would think you would be crazy all together lol. I love your nail polish also but it’s a neuro toxin that goes right into the blood stream and cause hormonal problems and makes it hard to detox. I love you but whoa! Lots of great teachings available from Dr Berg, Barbara O’Neil, Montreal Girl, Dr Axe, Dr Pompa, Dr Eric Zelienski and the list is endless. To eat very clean and healthy is not just reading labels- especially if those labels are on a plastic wrapping. Hope I didn’t come on too strong - I’m just passionate and that is what happens when you live through auto immune diseases and cancer. Blessings from Norway 🇳🇴 😊

Anastasia A. Yes and I’m sure Jenn is doing her best for her kids to her ability but we have to differentiate between business sponsored health teaching and real natural health teaching which caters for the body’s wisdom. Today we need to educate ourselves in this area and not let mainstream media and marketing become our educators. Did you know that Coca Cola also “educates” people on health? This is so scary people! Check the below out on Wikipedia 😬👇🏼 «The Beverage Institute for Health and Wellness, established in 2004 and based in Atlanta, GA is an organization set up by the Coca-Cola Company, whose purpose is, according to its website, “to use evidence-based science to advance knowledge and understanding of beverages, beverage ingredients, and the important role that active healthy lifestyles play in supporting health and wellbeing». You understand perhaps how twisted this world is when Coca-Cola teaches health…. Coca-Cola and Pepsi with their aspartame are now coming out as reasons for lesions in the brain (MS. Coca Cola uses their doctors to further educate that Coca Cola has no connection with high blood sugars, ADHD or diabetes. 😳

A bit 'insular' to say the least! Not everyone can afford organic!!! Never understood believers who get so 'sniffy and snooty' about food! All the same, NOTHING beats a home cooked meal from scratch, something my Mum did for us while growing up...... Something I clearly don't see happening here! Sorry this seems like nothing but an 'ad' for certain 'brands' to be 'self-benefited' in return, sorry to say. Pointless!
