This is so beautifully explained in the simplicity of just be. Thank you Dr Shivani 🙏. Happiness, Love, patience , peace , harmony are all gifted energies we have all been born with . They can only be felt through a meditative state. When one meditates without distraction one feels the energy of just be and true love and happiness is felt with awe … it can take time to settle in because of the congestion in the brain . Hence meditation is the solution to empty the congested brain . I’m very grateful to listen to this interview which brings me joy and calmness enhancing my sanskar in existence . ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Yes ! Our previous activities decide our future life. I had cruelly killed animals , so curses followed me and almost same punishment I had faced . I believe, my sins are vanished now. So it's good not to commit sins throughout our lives.
