Dominic back here with you to discuss one topic that is crucial to improving your playing: reading body language.
How do you know when someone is lying? How can they know when you're bluffing? How can you improve your poker face? (Do you even have a poker face?)
We'll look at each important part of the body:
* Eyes
* Mouth
* Heartbeat
* Voice
* Hands
Then we'll discuss how to improve your body language. Learn what the "tells" are. Learn how to give fake tells, or reverse tells." These can be noticed - and believed - by other players.

When I sit down to a table. I start by picking 2 or 3 opponents. Usually the strongest ones, or the largest chip stacks. And I study those opponents as much as possible, even if I'm not in the hand, I'm still paying attention to those certain players. I also like to know that level of my opponents, beginner intermediate, or an advanced player. Most beginner and intermediate players I've play want to always wear sunglasses to hid themselves, when I think in the long run it gives up most about themselves.

my trouble is I can only examine one person at a time, right? And if some expressions only last for a fraction of a second, how can I catch this?

Is this a parody? No bodies in the room in online poker? Look for their heartbeat through their shirt?
