my families estate is allodial. Land patent was issued to my great grandmother in Indian Territory prior to Oklahoma statehood and she died without a will, defaulting to her heirs forever as the patent states. There is no deed registered with the county as the patent was never conveyed except through allodial inheritence, and even the laws of descent are no longer governed by the state through a recent supreme court decision removing most of the states jurisdiction on tribal land. The land is governed by Treaty, and is Tax Exempt.

Allodial Title was grandfathered in Nevada and Texas for property owners with existing Allodial titles. They ceased being issued back in 2005. So you're not 100% correct. They're still out there.

( The fact allodial the word and meaning exists means all that is required is your private claim and proclamation.. who cares if the state dont recognize it. They are a service Corporation and can not own anything of substance. Land is substance so are flesh and blood wo/man so to claim ownership of a living man would be slavery. In Australia the 1900 Real Property Act has been removed and paper certificates void. If the Corporation can do that so then can the people make their claim. Drops like this tell me the Matrix knows the jigs up and folks are walking away. Lodial title exists and those that have the courage to claim have lodial claim. Any Corporation can make a claim but if you have no documents to enforce the corporate claim no court exists. The documents make the court. By the way Allodial with the prefix (Al)lodial is a void performance contract word meaning no-lodial = no title use Lodial the black arts of the babylonian dictionary manifest fiction. )
